Depending on which hobbies you practice, you should organize your equipment in time. Here are our recommendations:
- Walking boots (very recommended for walking on lava and rough paths!)
- Day pack
- Sun hat
- First aid kit
- Head light and spare batteries
- Magnifying glass
- Copy of your documents (also a scan on dropbox!)
For photographers:
- A tripod
- Photographic lenses (wide angle, tele zoom, macro)
- Batteries
- Enough storage media
For nature friends & bird watchers:
- Binoculars
- Camouflage clothing
For geologists & mineral collectors:
- Geological hammer (we recommend ESTWING!)
- Magnifying glass
For volcano fans:
- Helmet
